You can access your cards in your wallet to use in the following ways for purchases or payments:
- Hovering over the card numbers will expose the full card, for sharing verbally or in person
- Clicking anywhere on the card will copy the full card, which you can then paste to an order form or online payment option
The transaction details are delivered to Go within 24-72 hours. As a result, the solution will update your card's available balance and receipt capture option (if available).
However, if there is a delay in receiving a settlement, it may be caused by the setup of the merchant processing the final settlement with the issuing bank. Depending on the merchant's setup, the batch file can be sent to the issuing bank every hour, every night or every 2-3 days.
Note: Most merchants don't send the file over the weekend. Friday transactions are sent to the issuing bank on Monday. Please wait for a few days for this settlement to appear in your account.
