    Roles and Abilities

    Your designated role within Tradeshift Go determines the activities you can perform, as well as your responsibilities and the options available for you.

    Roles are set at the time of your invitation to the Go account, and they can be changed by the Company Administrator (in the People section).

    The table below presents the abilities assigned to each role.

    Deactivate / Reactivate team



    Add / Remove team members (owner/manager/member)

    Manage approval limits (team - owner/manager)


    Set / Manage company coding lists (if applicable)



    View company dashboard



    View team dashboard

    View / Manage settlements reports (company)



    View / Manage settlements reports (team - Owner/Manager/Member)


    View / Manage settlements reports (team - Manager/Member)

    View settlements (self)
    View / Approve virtual cards (within respective approval limits)

    View / Approve virtual card for SELF

    View / Approve virtual card for Others who roll up to you
