    How do I get Tradeshift Go?

    Tradeshift Go enrolment requires a partnership with a participating, card-issuing bank, the completion of specific pre-enrolment steps, and guidance from a Tradeshift Go Client Executive.


    However, at some point, the potential clients issue a ticket to Tradeshift Support, to get help with Tradeshift GO. The Support team will ask the customers to provide the following information:

    • Company Name
    • HQ Address (city, state, zip)
    • Primary Company Contact Information
    • Name
    • Phone Number
    • Email
    • Title
    • Expected # of Tradeshift Go users:
    • What type of Card Program does the Company have with Amex? (ie - Corporate Card, PCard, other)

    Once they receive the information, Tradeshift Support will send it to amextradeshiftgo@tradeshift.com, and the information will be used in the pre-qualification process, before the customers are deemed eligible to enrol.
