Tradeshift Go enrolment requires a partnership with a participating, card-issuing bank, the completion of specific pre-enrolment steps, and guidance from a Tradeshift Go Client Executive.
However, at some point, the potential clients issue a ticket to Tradeshift Support, to get help with Tradeshift GO. The Support team will ask the customers to provide the following information:
- Company Name
- HQ Address (city, state, zip)
- Primary Company Contact Information
- Name
- Phone Number
- Title
- Expected # of Tradeshift Go users:
- What type of Card Program does the Company have with Amex? (ie - Corporate Card, PCard, other)
Once they receive the information, Tradeshift Support will send it to amextradeshiftgo@tradeshift.com, and the information will be used in the pre-qualification process, before the customers are deemed eligible to enrol.
