    Removing Users with Virtual Cards from Tradeshift Go Account

    If you ever attempt to remove a user from your Tradeshift Go account but you are getting the below error:



    This is due to an active virtual card that is still tagged with the user. Please ask the user to cancel their card before you can proceed to remove them from your account.


    However, there are cases in which the virtual card cannot be cancelled because it is associated with an INACTIVE source card. When this happens, unfortunately, the user is not able to be removed from the account.


    We acknowledge the limitation on cancelling virtual cards tied with INACTIVE source cards, and we are planning to improve this in the future.
