    Here are some common cases for issues you might encounter while managing your source card in Tradeshift Go. Please find your relatable situation to understand the reasons and solutions.


    1. Unable to enrol Replacement Card:


    If the card you want to enrol is a replacement card for any source card already enrolled in Tradeshift Go, you do not need to enroll it again. Please reach out to the Tradeshift Go support team and provide us with the information below:

    • Old source card last 4 digits
    • New source card last 4 digits
    • New source card last name
    • New billing address (if any)


    Once we receive the above information, we will update our database with the latest replacement source card information. The changes will be reflected in your account immediately.


    2. Updating Source Card Billing Address:


    Tradeshift Go support manages the update of the source card details. If you need to update any Billing information for any enrolled source card, please issue us a ticket with the information below:

    • Source card last 4 digits
    • Source card name
    • Source card old address
    • Source card new address


    Once we receive the above information, we will update our database with the latest billing address. The changes will be reflected in your account immediately.


    3. Source card stays in INACTIVE status after enrolment:


    The status will stay INACTIVE when the owner of the source card OR email that has been on file in AMEX’S system does not respond to the RSVP email once the enrollment process is completed.


    • Please ensure you know which email has been registered in AMEX’s portal to receive the RSVP.
